Job Description:
As a Smoke Shop Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, assisting customers and helping to maintain the store's overall success. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and assist in locating specific items.
- Cash Register Operation: Accurately process transactions using POS systems and handle cash. Open/Close register on assigned shift.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Participate in ongoing product training to stay informed about new items and industry trends.
- Sales Promotion: Suggest additional products to customers to promote sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock items as necessary, and notify management of low inventory.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic retail environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in a smoke shop or related industry is a plus.
- Must be 21 years or older to apply.
