Responsibilities:

• Open and close the studio location.

• Manage the flow of members, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and timely service.

• Check guests in and out, ensure that all paperwork and billing is handled accurately and efficiently.

• Educate our guests on EMS workouts, explaining the benefits and features of our fitness program.

• Sell memberships and packages, promote the benefits of our services. and ensure that guests are informed about our pricing and plans.

• Maintain and nurture leads, follow up with potential members and ensure that they have all the information they need to make an informed decision about our services. * Assist with marketing and promotional events, promote our services and attract new clients to our studio.
