We're searching for a bold, driven, and passionate leader ready to take charge of our first Dallas location and grow into a key executive within our rapidly expanding franchise group. What You'll Do
- Lead the Studio: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage the team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences
- Build & Motivate a Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing staff of coaches and front desk professionals
- Drive Membership Growth: Implement local marketing strategies, host events, and engage with the Dallas fitness community
- Deliver Results: Set and hit KPIs in membership, retention, sales, and team performance
- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with ownership on business development and operational excellence
- Grow With Us: Play a key role in multi-unit expansion, with a clear path to an executive level role within our franchise group
Who You Are
- A natural leader with 2 years of management experience (fitness or wellness preferred)
- Passionate about health, fitness, and changing lives
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ready to build something from the ground up
- Exceptional communicator and team builder
- Comfortable with sales and driving business growth
- Tech-savvy and organized with a "get it done" attitude
