OHM Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Studio Manager to drive membership sales, nurture and generate leads, and gain referrals to grow our fitness community and take ownership of the studio & staff that you will be leading.

This position is 40 hours per week—flexibility and commitment required.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Actively sell memberships to prospects and referrals.
- Maintain an effective referral program to drive new member acquisition.
- Generate new leads through current members, influencers, community outreach, and social media engagement.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, warm calls, emails, and other strategies to convert leads into memberships.
- Follow up promptly with new and existing leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Leading and attending marketing events, such as tabling at community gatherings, setting up booths at HOA events, and engaging in B2B networking opportunities to promote the studio and build relationships within the community.
Member Engagement:
- Provide studio tours and introduce prospects to OHM Fitness services.
- Properly onboard new members using the Sales Playbook.
- Maintain positive member relationships through customer care calls, follow-ups, and ongoing communication.
Studio Operations:
- Greet members and guests enthusiastically, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Maintain accurate records using OHM Fitness sales systems.
- Participate in weekly EMS workouts to stay familiar with services offered.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and studio environment.
- Accurately process transactions for memberships and retail purchases.
- Create monthly staff schedule
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the coaches to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Attend and participate in required training programs and team meetings.
- Mandatory weekly sales training.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in a performance-driven environment is REQUIRED.
- Must have prior experience leading teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills in managing, motivating, and supporting staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and standard software.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
