OHM Solar is on the lookout for 3 enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team in Chico, CA, and aid homeowners in harnessing the power of the sun. Your primary task will involve scheduling meetings with homeowners to showcase the advantages of transitioning to solar energy. This role presents a wonderful opportunity to support our local community by enabling homeowners to reclaim control and security over their energy supply.
Compensation : 80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Engage with residents in Nor-Cal and see if their home would qualify for paying less for electricity.
- Effectively coordinate appointments with qualified homeowners who are interested in learning more about solar power solutions.
- Lead by example in fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting a strong work ethic among colleagues.
