We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Ohm Solar Solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to drive our company's growth and success. The primary focus of this position is on recruiting for sales roles, ensuring we build high-performing teams that excel in a competitive market. This position requires strong communication skills and a strategic approach to talent acquisition. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process tailored specifically for sales positions.
Duties:
- Sales-Focused Talent Sourcing and Candidate Screening:
- Proactively recruit top sales talent through multiple channels, including really, Wizehire, campus recruiting, career fairs, social media campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates and set up interviews, with a primary focus on identifying high-potential sales representatives.
- Conduct occasional interviews to support team needs, ensuring candidates align with our sales-driven culture.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions tailored for sales positions.
- Coordinate with managers to understand specific sales recruiting needs and track individual hiring data to ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status, emphasizing the sales pipeline.
- Data Tracking and KPI Management:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics specifically for sales roles, including interviews-to-scheduled interviews, conditional approvals, and job offer extensions.
- Collect and report KPI data for individual sales teams and the company as a whole, using tools such as Salesforce for tracking candidate interactions and managing recruitment pipelines.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Train team members on effective interviewing techniques, with a focus on evaluating sales skills and competencies.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience by guiding sales candidates through the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new sales representatives, including setting up applications and completing new hire contracts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sales recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top sales talent in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with sales candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and data-tracking abilities, with familiarity in leveraging HRIS systems and recruitment pipelines.
- Knowledge of sales recruitment best practices and current market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in the sales recruitment process.
