Programmer/Developer

Summary

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to support critical applications and lead development initiatives. The candidate will work on maintaining and enhancing existing .NET applications, participate in the SDLC process for a new SACWIS system, and implement robust data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions. This role requires expertise in Tableau, T-SQL, SSIS, and other tools to optimize database performance and ensure seamless data migration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau reports to meet user requirements.
• Design and develop database architecture, including data models and marts.
• Implement ETL/ELT solutions for data ingestion, cleansing, and distribution.
• Optimize SSIS packages and SQL execution for data load performance.
• Support the migration and integration of data from legacy systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and solutions.
• Create dynamic and interactive reports for data analysis.
  
  

Skills/Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and development.
• 5 years of expertise with Tableau and complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency with T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, or Talend for ETL and reporting.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing query performance.
• Knowledge of deploying SSIS packages, version control, and SQL Agent jobs.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft.
