Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines for cross-functional teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure compliance and progress.
- Facilitate project meetings, agile ceremonies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party activities.
- Ensure alignment between team activities and project objectives, while promoting process improvement.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Proficiency in PPM tools like Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and diagramming tools such as Miro or Visio.
- Experience with software development tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field preferred, PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of web management content systems and exposure to technology platforms such as Salesforce, Azure, and Google Analytics.
