- Salary: $65,000 to $70,000.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and communication.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment.
