Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Thought leadership in the testing space
- Leading and mentoring onsite and offshore team
- Creating Test Strategies and Test Plans
- Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases
- Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting
- Maintaining test data and documentation
- Working closely with the client project leadership team, developers and support teams
- Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies
