The Pharmacy Call Center Technician provides support by assisting members and healthcare providers with pharmacyrelated inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills technical expertise and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to members and healthcare providers.
  • Respond to inquiries related to pharmacy services and operations.
  • Assist with pharmacy technician and call center inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Call Center Supervisor for issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and outcomes.

    • Skills / Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience in a Specialty Pharmacy required
  • Education : High School diploma or equivalent
  • State Pharmacy Technician Certification required
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish (speak read write)
  • Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
