Summary :
T-Mobile is seeking a dynamic Client Partner, Enterprise Sales to drive enterprise-level sales strategies and close high-value deals within large client accounts. This role involves building strong relationships with decision-makers, managing complex negotiations, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' business goals.

Responsibilities :
Develop tailored sales strategies for enterprise clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Drive account growth by generating and closing new sales opportunities with existing and new clients
Lead a differentiated client experience to ensure satisfaction and retention
Present T-Mobile products and solutions that align with client business objectives
Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high-value deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide forecasts to leadership
Skills / Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 7 years in business sales, with 5 years in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales
Proven success selling to enterprise clients (3,000 employees)
Expertise in enterprise sales, account management, and strategic account planning
Strong CRM and business development skills, including prospecting and lead generation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience engaging C-level executives
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required); High school diploma or GED (required)
Certifications / Skills : Experience in solution selling, telecom / technology / software sales, and lead generation within F1000 / Enterprise accounts
