Responsibilities:
- Maintain and audit provider contracts and records for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure contract data is correctly represented in plan operating systems
- Monitor contract files and ensure compliance with records management policies
- Research and resolve discrepancies in provider data and credentialing information
- Support provider enrollment, credentialing, and network strategy teams
- Communicate and escalate contract issues as needed
- Manage Excel reports and other projects related to contract administration
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3 years of Medicaid experience preferred
- 5 years in managed care/health insurance preferred
- Prior provider relations or healthcare provider experience preferred
- Expertise in contract administration and provider record management
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and contract management systems
- Familiarity with claims processing and systems like Facets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proofreading abilities
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
