Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and functionality of the IBM FileNet Content Manager Platform.
- Provide solutions and integrate business applications with the IBM FileNet Content Manager Platform.
- Resolve operational incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Expand infrastructure to meet current and future business requirements.
- Assist with migrating unstructured content into the IBM FileNet Content Manager.
- Perform technical root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for complex problems.
- Generate system requirements, test procedures, and verification processes.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure traceability and compliance with requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in web systems environments, including application installations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Proficiency in IBM FileNet Content Manager, IBM Content Collector, and IBM DataCap.
- Knowledge of cloud-based products and IBM Cloud Pack Administrator with OpenShift (Red Hat).
- Skills in Java development, including use of IBM FileNet Content Manager APIs.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and WebSphere.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical troubleshooting approach.
