Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Project Manager with over eight years of experience in delivering projects within scope and on schedule. This role demands exceptional stakeholder communication team leadership and proficiency in methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in using project management tools like Azure DevOps MS Visio and Power BI to streamline workflows and deliver realtime reporting.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute project plans using tools like Smartsheet ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders and executives using tools like MicroStrategy Power BI or Tableau.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Act as the liaison between technical and business teams ensuring clarity in requirements and project timelines.
  • Manage risk change control processes and requirements gathering for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee progress tracking and task assignments via Azure DevOps and MS Project.
  • Document project requirements specifications and workflows for clear communication.

    • Skills / Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Management Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8 years of project management experience across utilities or technology industries.
  • PMIACP certification required; Microsoft Azure or other certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps MS Project Microsoft Visio and O365.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with experience leading SDLC projects and presenting to stakeholders.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams and managing RFPs or procurement processes.
  • Expertise in developing realtime dashboards for project tracking and reporting.
  • Flexible and adaptive to Agile environments.

    • MustHave Skills :

  • Ability to define and implement project processes tailored to organizational needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling changes to commitments or requirements.
  • Independent work capability with excellent communication skills
