Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage work orders for service or investigative tasks
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries or issues

    • Skills / Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid Driver's License required
