Responsibilities :
Initiate and coordinate outreach activities in senior communities.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations for lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, churches, and other community organizations.
Work with the MOE Director to develop and implement monthly marketing plans.
Educate referral sources about WelbeHealth's services.
Skills / Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare or senior care.
Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar technology platforms.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
