Responsibilities :
Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in communities where seniors reside.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals.
Identify and develop partnerships with community organizations to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other organizations.
Collaborate with the MOE Director to develop and execute monthly marketing plans.
Educate community referral sources about WelbeHealth's services.
Skills / Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare or senior care.
Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar technology platforms.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
