Summary: The IT Scrum Master will lead Agile teams to successfully deliver medium to high complexity solutions by facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance. This role involves ensuring continuous improvement, protecting the team from distractions, and maintaining strong communication within the team while adhering to Agile principles and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team to become a self-organized and highly efficient unit delivering high-quality products.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress of deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement by implementing action items from retrospectives and improving throughput and velocity.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide metrics for informed decision-making.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests in alignment with PMO guidelines.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile patterns and techniques, including burndown charts, retrospective formats, and capacity planning.
- 5-8 years of experience in leading Agile/Scrum projects.
- Solid understanding of SDLC disciplines, project management methodologies, and IT functions.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project (expert-level), MS Excel (expert-level), and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CA Agile Rally or equivalent Agile tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments
