Responsibilities :
Lead the planning and implementation of complex programs including requirements gathering and project delivery.
Collaborate with lead engineers and architects to translate business requirements into actionable stories for development teams.
Oversee fullcycle agile methodology conducting sprint reviews and driving process improvements.
Coordinate program work streams facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders across functions.
Implement and sustain new logistics processes monitor effectiveness and drive operational transformation.
Deliver regular updates to leadership and crossfunctional partners ensuring alignment and clarity.
Skills / Qualifications :
BBA BComm or Diploma in Business or related field.
Minimum 8 years of project management strategy or operations experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and project management tools such as Smartsheet.
Proven experience leading complex multistream projects and facilitating workshops.
Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Ability to multitask and manage simultaneous projects with attention to detail.
Expertise in problemsolving longrange planning and data management.
Flexibility to accommodate meetings across time zones
