Summary :
This role involves providing technical product support, conducting product testing, and assisting with building code compliance for domestic and international markets. Responsibilities :
Provide technical product support for installations, code compliance, and product applications.
Assist with product testing and specification development.
Write and complete required LEED forms for internal and external use.
Develop photo-real application renderings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Conduct technical training for employees, distributors, and customers.
Collaborate with various departments to develop interior environments showcasing products.
Skills / Qualifications :
2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with 3D rendering software and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Knowledge of door and wall protection products
Ability to read blueprints, elevations, and drawing plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
