Position Overview:

Pay Range:
- Housekeeper: 15-$17 depending on shift & experience

Housekeeper Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Housekeepers maintain the appearance and sanitation of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, foyer, social areas, dining rooms, and staff lounge
- Room Changes/Discharge: When a resident is discharged or changes rooms, housekeepers disinfect the rooms with specialized cleaning agents
- Garbage and Waste: Housekeepers empty and dispose of all waste
- Linens: Housekeepers collect soiled linens from patients’ rooms and supply fresh linens.
Housekeeper Qualifications:
- No experience is required
- Housekeepers should possess good communication skills and the ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Housekeepers should be able to physically operate cleaning equipment of all types and perform cleaning duties
- Housekeepers must possess a coachable and positive attitude
