PRN STNA Role – Float Pool:
· You will lead, direct, and coach new employees while simultaneously providing care to your patients. Your role will be to coach new employees through on the job training. You are responsible for transferring the knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with the Ohman Family standard of living.
PRN STNA – Float Pool Qualifications:
- Active STNA license
- At least 12 months of STNA experience
- Embody a kind, gentle, and coachable attitude.
