Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage work schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on forging processes, tooling design, and problem resolution.
Process Optimization : Analyze production activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Tooling Design & Simulation : Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new forging and support tooling.
Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, purchasing, and sales.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience : 7 years of experience in a similar engineering management role within a closed die forging environment.
Technical Skills : Extensive knowledge of impression die hot forging processes, materials, and tooling.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
