What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Executive position at OHS Healthcare?
As a Business Development Executive, you will identify Healthcare Organizations needing recruitment/staffing support across the country and forge relationships with the key decision makers within those organizations to identify, develop and close business. Acting as a consultant and strategic partner for your clients, you will work to identify their areas of need and work to create a partnership in order to best help overcome their recruitment challenges and provide the best solution for their specific situation.
In this role, you will:
- Seek out and cultivate new business prospects at healthcare facilities across the country
- Close business with new clients across several verticals
- Conduct strategic discussions with decision makers and key partners within healthcare organizations
- Prioritize meeting client expectations and hitting sales targets, while maintaining healthy profit margins for the business unit
- Present customized solutions tailored to meet the needs of your clients
- Build strong relationships with senior-level executives to deepen account penetration and boost revenue per account

Requirements:
- Previous staffing agency experience with a proven successful track record in business development
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
