Requirements:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical PT experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy required
- Prior supervisory/management experience preferred
