Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Manage inventory by ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking drink orders efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages in a fine dining setting.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promote responsible drinking.
• Assist in training new staff on bar operations and customer service standards.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety and food handling practices.
• Experience in brewing techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards and hospitality principles.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage high-volume service periods efficiently.
