Guest Engagement (touching tables, greeting guests, guest recovery when needed, working with Hosts on Hellos and Goodbyes)
Staff Engagement and Support (ensuring staff is on time, uniform audits, filling in any deficiencies, etc.)
Food and Beverage Quality Control (running food, bussing tables, running drinks, auditing food/drink ticket times, labels on prepped product)
Ambiance Audits (temperature, music volume, tv coverage, lighting)
Safety Audits (wet floors, debris, trip hazards, etc.)
Supply/Cleanliness Audits (Restrooms, expo stations, bar service well, server wells
Proactive Thinking (Upcoming reservations/events for the shift, properly staffed for the PM shift, new beers on tap, 86 list audit, etc.)
