Summary: Manager, SCM Reporting and Analytics
This role is pivotal in developing impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance customer value and satisfaction. As a leader in SCM Reporting and Analytics, you will guide a global team (US and Asia), working closely with internal and external customers to design innovative reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions. We are a customer-focused organization leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive supply chain visibility, automation, and business intelligence.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually
The actual pay may vary based on several factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, and competencies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and data scientists to create and enhance reporting and analytics solutions.
- Partner with Account Managers and SCM Leaders to define reporting needs, set priorities, and align development efforts.
- Establish reporting and analytics strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.
- Ensure accurate tracking of reporting requests and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
- Develop and enforce reporting and analytics best practices across SCM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Meet with SCM clients (new and existing) to assess reporting needs and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.
- Demo and present new reporting products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead customer-focused analytics initiatives, ensuring high-impact and adoption.
Data Governance and Innovation
- Define and implement SCM data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Maintain metrics catalogs, data definitions, and reporting documentation for transparency.
- Monitor reporting solution adoption and develop strategies to enhance usage.
- Work closely with Corporate IT and Data Teams to ensure robust, scalable data environments for SCM analytics.
Required Skills and Abilities:

Required:
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related fields.
- 2 years of leadership experience managing developers and/or analysts.
- Strong background in data visualization, analytics, and data storytelling.
- Proven ability to collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver insights.
- Experience in enterprise reporting adoption and data governance strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion / EBS for analytical solutions.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) or the Footwear and Apparel industry.
- Technical proficiency in Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Python, R, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL.
