**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to vehicle maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
**Responsibilities:**
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying areas that require maintenance or repair
- Performing tasks such as checking and changing car fluids and filters, checking tire pressure, and providing specialized services like transmission, differential, and radiator services
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently, including overhead and floor-mounted oil and grease guns, differential pump, transmission fluid exchange machine, and calculator
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
**Requirements:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relevant experience or completion of a training program
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
