We’re currently seeking a creative and dedicated Activity Director to lead a team focused on enriching the lives of our residents. What You’ll Do :
As the Activity Director , you will be at the heart of our residents' daily experiences, creating opportunities for physical, mental, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include :
- Planning & Organizing Activities : Develop and manage a diverse calendar of recreational activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
- Enriching Lives : Create and implement activities that promote physical exercise, cognitive stimulation, and social interaction to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate a team of 12 support staff (activity assistants), ensuring everyone is aligned with the program goals and resident needs.
- Safety First : Monitor and ensure that all activities are carried out safely, following established safety protocols.
- Budgeting & Resource Management : Submit recommendations for budgets, equipment, and supplies to enhance the activity program.
