Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
- Analyze and report key operational HR metrics such as turnover, retention, labor costs, and headcount.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and HR operational excellence.
- Partners with manufacturing leadership to understand and design/deploy HR staff to meet staffing, recruiting, engagement, and retention goals.
