We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support related to their automotive needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into our computerized systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive services, products, and appointments.
- Process cash handling transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients by addressing their concerns promptly.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Work to maintain sufficient inventory levels, and replace inventory when shipments come in.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Proven experience in some form of automotive experience. Aftermarket parts is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
- Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette in all communications.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
