We are currently looking for Oil & Gas analysts . The successful candidate will understand technical evaluations and finance. Critical to your success will be relationship management, creative problem solving, & competent communication skills.

Key Functions :

  • Create and populate virtual data rooms
  • Negotiate and execute of buy / sell agreements
  • Regularly communicate as the primary interface with clients, sellers and buyers
  • Prepare presentations or coordinate the preparation of presentations for clients

Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to understanding key elements
  • Strong communication skills – particularly listening, speaking and writing to customers, management and internal employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be self-motivated and function with little supervision and most often with little direct support
  • Creative, think on-your feet capabilities
  • Knowledgeable concerning industry activities-particularly those in the A&D sector (be The Clearinghouse eyes and ears)
  • Team player
  • Coach, assist and educate sellers and buyers
  • Provide leadership for auction projects
  • Computer skills, highly proficient in excel & powerpoint
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Geology, finance or business related degree preferred, oil and gas experience a plus
  • Exposure to new venture identification, evaluation, and acquisitions or divestments
  • Understanding of oil & gas concepts
