GEODynamics in Midland, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Warehouse Operations Coordinator.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Familiarize with all area client locations for efficient product delivery.
- Understand local oil and gas industry needs and how GEODynamics products meet those needs.
- Able to field calls from the customers for orders.
- Data entry from start to finish for creating sales orders, packing lists, and BOL’s
- Deliver products to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations, including DOT and ATF.
- Keep management informed of inventory levels and product requirements.
- Perform Cycle Counts for all inventory
- Work accident-free and adhere to the on-call schedule as required.
- Adhere to routine maintenance policies for warehouse, bunkers, and vehicles
- Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse condition
- Be available to cover other remote warehouses in the event of emergency or vacations
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2-4 year of related warehouse experience
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- CDL Class A with HAZMAT endorsement
