Logistics Specialist

Oilseeds International, a global leader in the specialty vegetable oils industry, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office, where you'll spend the first month in-person for training before transitioning to a 3-day onsite role. Key Responsibilities:

Manage logistics for designated products across the supply chain.

Work closely with sales, accounting, customers, and suppliers.

Arrange transportation, negotiate rates, and track shipments (primarily domestic).

Maintain customer credit accounts and manage overdue status.

Handle invoicing and assist with settlements, inventory, and position control.

Respond to inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cross-train on additional products for versatility and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 4-6 years in a logistics role, preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or food industries.

Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. A team player with strong communication skills.
