What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Treatment Operator position at Oilseeds International LTD?
As a Water Treatment Operator , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Water Treatment Plant. You'll report to our Water Treatment Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Operating Treatment Facilities to control the flow and processing of water.
- Diagnosing and Troubleshooting operational problems and taking swift corrective action.
- Monitoring Equipment Performance : Checking gauges, meters, and charts to ensure everything’s running smoothly.
- Recording and Reporting : Collecting data, analyzing lab test results, and writing reports to help us stay ahead of the game.
- Sampling & Analysis : Collecting water and wastewater samples, interpreting lab results, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adjusting Systems : Operating valves, pumps, engines, and generators to adjust flow and processes as needed.
- Team Collaboration : Establishing strong, cooperative relationships with your team and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Special Projects : Taking on additional projects or tasks as assigned—because no two days are the same!
