Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for NOC shifts. We offer a competitive NOC shift differential with a SIGN-ON BONUS .
1,000.00 Sign-on bonus will be credited upon completion of the 90-day introductory period.
General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by
your supervisors.
Essential Duties
Resident Identification and Care :
- Verify resident identity using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments or serving meals.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Ensure residents' rooms are prepared for arrivals and assist with personal belongings during transfers or discharges.
