About the Role :

Are you passionate about travel and ready to turn it into a fulfilling career? We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Entry-Level Booking Agents. This role is open to residents of the U.S., U.K., Australia, and Mexico.

Responsibilities :

Booking & Coordination :

  • Help clients book travel services such as flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours
  • Utilize online booking systems to process reservations with precision
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations based on clients' needs, preferences, and budgets

Customer Support :

  • Deliver excellent service via phone, email, and online chat
  • Answer inquiries about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and other requests professionally

    • Collaboration & Development :

  • Work with team members to ensure a seamless travel experience

    • Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English (bilingual candidates are a plus)
  • Residency requirement : Must live in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
