We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Journey Advisor. Roles and Responsibilities : As a Journey Advisor, you will be responsible for : Planning and coordinating travel arrangements for clients. Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure smooth and efficient travel. Managing travel budgets and expenses to optimize cost-effectiveness. Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding travel inquiries and support. Keeping up-to-date with travel trends and industry best practices. Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and / or travel for clients. Requirements : No experience needed, we fully train you. Must be 18 years of age. Have rights to work in the United States, Mexico, and Australia. Among several other countries Computer with Wi-Fi, recommended but not required as long as you have a smart phone with internet access. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required. Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required.
