• Maintain organized client files and manage large-scale events, such as conferences and retreats
• Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their travel needs
• Advise clients on suitable transportation, travel dates, accommodations, and costs
• Manage bookings for transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients
• Provide remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience
• Obtain supplier certifications to stay updated on the latest industry trends and offerings
• Stay informed about and recommend popular vacation destinations worldwide
• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events like conferences and retreats
• Offer suggestions for romantic and adventurous travel experiences
• Stay current with luxury travel trends, emerging villa destinations, and unique villa experiences to give your clients captivating recommendations
• Handle client payments, resolve travel issues, and process refunds as needed
• Plan and execute detailed itineraries, while remaining up-to-date with tourism trends and developments
