- Itinerary Development
- Plan and design customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options
- Research and incorporate unique experiences and hidden gems to enhance trips
- Client Consultation
- Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
- Provide professional advice on destinations, attractions, and travel logistics
- Booking Management
- Handle all aspects of booking, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
- Ensure all reservations are confirmed and align with the client’s requirements
- Travel Assistance
- Provide clients with travel documents, itineraries, and essential information about their destinations
- Offer support for any last-minute changes or emergencies during the journey
- Vendor Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, tour operators, and local guides
- Negotiate rates and secure exclusive offers for clients
- Market Research
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments
- Recommend new destinations or experiences based on current trends
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus)
- Experience: preffered, not required
- 1-3 years of experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with booking tools and travel management systems is preferred
