What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast and Lunch Service Expert position at Ojo Spa Resorts?
Ojo Spa Resorts is committed to providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by working collaboratively with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Key qualifications include: at least three years of experience as a server, preferably in hospitality, fine dining, and/or a farm-to-table environment; a high school diploma (or equivalent); and a valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit.
- Flexibility is also essential, as Servers may need to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
- Physical stamina is another requirement, as Servers may need to stand for eight or more hours per day, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, push and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks with dexterity.
