Responsibilities and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of spa experience, preferably at a large resort spa. First Aid/AED/CPR certification is preferred, or willingness to become certified. The ideal candidate will be computer and technology proficient, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
You will be required to manage the spa schedule, oversee private retreat inquiries, site inspections, rental agreements, and prepare for the arrival of retreat guests. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with staff and management regarding daily operations and issues that arise.

- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership qualities, ability to work cohesively with all Spa staff and co-workers as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organization and problem-solving skills, demonstrated success at working multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective Communication: Excellent English communication skills; both written and verbal, bi-lingual a plus.
