Ojos Locos Sports Cantina - Albuquerque - Prep Cook

This position requires the Prep Cook to be cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling food. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. Education and / or Experience - High School Diploma preferred with the ability to work a flexible schedule (late shifts, weekends, or holidays). - Must be at least 18 or older Requirements and Skills - Food handler certificate required - Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
