Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our business operations, system upgrades, and project deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth deployment and configuration of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve system logs and technical issues.
- Deploy and configure new and existing projects in production.
- Perform system upgrades, including Guidewire Billing Centre, Contact Manager, and Policy Centre.
- Troubleshoot database issues and ensure system performance.
- Monitor business processes and extract reports for insights.
- Understand user stories and resolve bugs effectively.
- Use Web Services (SOAP & REST) to manage system interfaces.
- Collaborate with teams and participate in workshops like Power BI and SQL.
Qualifications:
- Experience in system upgrades, business analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Guidewire systems and database management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
