OKCARZ is a privately owned financing dealership with 8 locations in Florida and growing. With almost 200 employees between our stores, reconditioning facilities and customer service center OKCARZ is Florida’s preferred but here pay here dealership group.
To be successful with our company you don’t need prior automotive sales experience but must have the following characteristics to succeed:
A friendly and welcoming approach to customers and team members.
Excellent communication skills both on phone and in person
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed everyday
Ability to work calmly and effectively
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Desire to learn and grow with the company
Bilingual preferred but not required
Paid training while you learn our sales process and procedures, CRM system, follow up and delivery process.
What we offer:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
