Bachoco USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Fort Smith, AR location.

Summary: Handles all phases of customer service for National Account, Foodservice, Retail and Commodity sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Order entry/confirmation with customers.
• Manage pricing and contracted order requirements.
• Corresponds with customers on all issues from the time the order is place until the invoice has been paid.
• Claims approval and processing, AR deductions.
• Manage customer programs in system in accordance with pricing and customer requirements.
• Inventory management in outside warehouses.
• Weekly, monthly, & quarterly reporting to the customers.
• All export instructions for plants and warehouses.
• Availability to promise – allocations – back orders.
• Set up and manage brokerage commissions.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection.
• Setting carrier appointments.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
