We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Part-Time Barback and Server Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the bartenders and servers to ensure smooth service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with setup and breakdown duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders and servers by restocking and organizing bar supplies.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Keep bar and dining areas clean, including trash removal and glassware cleaning.
- Refill ice bins, garnishes, napkins, and other essential supplies.
- Assist with carrying food and drinks to guests as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure excellent service flow.
- Support with setup and breakdown duties before and after shifts.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
