What You’ll Do:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and a seamless guest experience.
- Support and motivate front-of-house staff, leading by example with professionalism and teamwork.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, and cleanliness to uphold Okán’s high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with staff training, shift management, and problem-solving during service hours.
- Assist with special events and programs.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to improve workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Prior experience in a restaurant supervisory or lead role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
